United Youth Federation
Is a registered youth for youth organziation. Founded by Robert Raynes back in 1992, the federation fights for change for the youth of our community. More benefits from Welfare, more low-income housing, more food and clothing.

In the city of Saint John, one out of ten youth between the ages of 16 and 25 goes without proper food and clothing on a regular basis. Any single person must have 3 basic things: food, clothing and shelter. The amount of Welfare that a single person gets is $264.00 per month. Do the math. It's impossible.

Our Inner City Youth House, founded by Robert Raynes, opened it's doors in February of 2006. Recieving no federal or provincialfunding, it has struggled with each day to keep our youth in food and clothing. The vision of this place is always very much alive. We've been able to help more than 80 people with adequate nutrition and clothing. Last December, we were able to feed 300 people a Christmas Dinner that they otherwise would have gone without.

With this in mind, we ask that you help the needy of our community. There are many food banks here that can use your donations. Help us, so that we can help the youth of Saint John. Donations of food and clothing can be made to the Inner City Youth House, located at 219 Wentworth Street.
